1.1 Once the dates and times are confirmed as being available, a booking confirmation invoice will be sent to you. Only once we have received your deposit payment will your booking be 100% booked! We do not often hold dates for longer than 48 hours awaiting deposit payments, after 48 hours the date may become available to other potential clients.


1.2 By filling in our booking form with the intention to us our services, regardless of whether a booking confirmation invoice has been received or a deposit has been paid, it is deemed that the customer has read, understood, fully agreed to and is bound by all our terms and conditions of hire.


1.3 In the event that Sugar Sisters is not ready to commence at the agreed time due to our fault, then we will still operate the agreed hire period by extending the finishing time of the hire (venue permitting).

In the event that the hire does not start at the agreed time, as setup has been delayed due to any unforeseen circumstances that are no fault of Sugar Sisters, then the hire will still end as per the agreed time on your booking confirmation invoice.

In the event that we have set up on time but the hire does not start at the agreed time due to over running of previous activities by you or your venue, the hire will still end as per the agreed time on your booking confirmation invoice. 

In the event that you wish to extend your hire time due to any delays on the day, or because your guests are enjoying it so much there is an extra fee charged on top of the hourly fee due to the short notice of the extension (this will also be subject to our availability)


1.4 Sugar Sisters cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may prevent us from attending your event; these may include but are not limited to severe weather conditions, traffic delays, breakdown of our vehicles, sickness or equipment failure. In the case that we cannot attend or fulfil your hire due to events beyond our control we will contact you or the venue as soon as possible. In these instances our liability will be limited to refunding all of monies paid with our sincerest apologise.


1.5 It is your responsibility to ensure Sugar Sisters is given the correct venue address, postcode and contact details. The company cannot be held responsible for missing your event or being delayed due to these circumstances.


1.6 In the unlikely event of a technical problem with the Photo Booth, or in any event beyond our control which renders the Photo Booth unusable, a refund will be given pro rata to any time lost.


1.7 Sugar Sisters cannot be held responsible if the venues electric supply is faulty and effects the running of the photobooth. If it is shown that the venue is at fault no refund is due.


1.8 Our Photobooths are for INDOOR use only, or in a totally waterproof marquee with a solid floor. Between 1st of October and the 1st of May marquees must be heated. PLEASE LET US KNOW PRIOR TO BOOKING WHETHER YOU INTEND ON HAVING US IN A MARQUEE or OUTDOORS, if we arrive on the day of the event to find we will be outdoors without having prior notice, we have the right to cancel the booking without refund!


Prices, Deposit & Balance Payments

2.1 All hires are subject to a deposit of at least 25% if paying via BAC or PayPal. (Deposits are non-refundable, but can be reused as per 2.5). Cash payments are only accepted on the day of an event if an extension to the hire period is required. E.g. if you booked us until 6pm however would like us to now stay until 7pm, we will then accept cash payments. In this case an additional fee is applied to the hourly fee.


2.2 The remaining balance is to be paid in full and cleared a minimum of 7 days prior to the event date. If you wish to use the equipment for a time period in excess of the service period agreed, the coverage in rental time plus an additional fee will be billed to the customer and must be paid before additional hours are provided, cash is accepted.


2.3 Advertised prices or Quoted prices are subject to change without prior notification.


2.4 If you have paid instalments after the initial deposit and you wish to cancel your booking, If cancelled 28 days prior to your event date, Sugar sisters will refund the full amount paid (excluding the deposit paid). If you wish to cancel your booking after the 28th day prior to your event, Sugar Sisters will be unable to refund any of the monies paid.


2.5 Deposit payments are non refundable, however you may try to reschedule an event with us if the date or time needs to be changed for any reason. If your event is cancelled without any plans to reschedule the event, then you may pass your deposit payment over to a family member or friend who may then be able to utilise it still (this is all subject to our availability, and potential price change if the venue and time etc is changed)


2.6 If our customer or any of the guests have purchased a USB or CD with all of the Photobooth pictures from the event, this will be sent to the requested address within 7 working days if not handed over to you on the day. Whether you receive a USB or CD will be dependant on stock availability on the day.



3.1 All of our Photobooth sizes quoted are approximate

3.2 All goods remain the property of Sugar Sisters at all times.

3.3 Sugar Sisters reserve the right to amend or alter any product specifications without prior notice.


Site Location, Facilities & Conduct

4.1 Hired equipment will be set up in one location only, as agreed upon arrival and will not be moved once set up. Please ensure there is sufficient space at your venue to set up the photo booth.


4.2 If available, we will also bring an external printer and computer which will enable guests to purchase key-rings, or larger 8 x 6 photos. This is offered as an additional service and is not in any way an attempt to commercialise your event. For this additional service guests will be charged, please let us know if you would like this option at your event.


4.3 Please ensure that you have obtained permission at your venue to use the photo booth. Please let us know if the venue requires any certificates or documents at least 2 weeks prior to the event.


4.4 Please inform us of any circumstances that would make setting the booth up more demanding, including going upstairs, long distances from unloading area to venue etc. We allocate a set period of time for setting up our equipment at your venue which is included within your price, but if there are any complications that are not made known to us beforehand then unfortunately this will come out of the hire time.


4.5 Our customers are responsible for ensuring that suitable security and crowd control measures are in place prior to the start of the booking.


4.6 Sugar Sisters reserves the right to cease operation and remove hired equipment from site if at any time a representative of the company feels that guests or clients conduct endangers the safety of the guests, clients, themselves or the safety of the hired equipment. In such cases no refund will be given and full contracted fees will be due to Sugar Sisters.


4.7 If a Sugar Sisters attendant feels due to excess alcohol someone is unfit to use the booth we reserve the right to refuse them access to the booth, just as if we feel a child or other person is being unruly in any way.


4.8 Our customers are required to let us know in advance whether there will be sufficient parking. If there is not parking near to the venue Sugar Sisters will need to know whether we could stop to off load or not. We will also need to know whether parking is free, if not, this may be at our customers expense. If we are not told this information prior to the day, the delay in time may affect your hire time.


4.9 We must be allocated near to a mains plug socket, although we carry an extension with us, due to health and safety we would rather not use one. 


Liability & Insurance

5.1 The client agrees to cover the company for any damage or theft of the company’s equipment whilst on hire.

5.2 The company accept no liability for any damage or loss of personal property and or any injury arising from the use of the hired equipment.

5.3 Sugar sisters is covered by public liability insurance and all of our equipment has been PAT tested!


All other terms and conditions

6.1 Sugar Sisters may use any of the photographs from your event for suitable means; this includes but is not limited to advertising and promotional material either in print or on the internet. Attending your event would mean you agree and permission has been granted to do so by yourselves and your guests unless you inform us otherwise.

6.2 By hiring a photo booth from Sugar Sisters means you agree to all of our Terms and Conditions.
